Late Nights

I’m an over thinker and with that comes late nights. I have a shit sleep schedule and I cannot seem to overcome it no matter what time I go to bed or how tired I feel. Laying there restlessly or waking up again to just be awake. To be honest, I haven’t really gone to bed before 4AM since the few previous months of an ending 2017. It’s probably because of my night shift part-time where I work from at least 5:30PM to whenever we finish everything which gets to around 10:00PM. From there I get home, eat, shower, and just lay there. Either texting the little people I have or endlessly scrolling through social media. But for the most part I’m awake because I ate and took a hot shower that wakes me right back up again, who knows. I get stressed out sometimes because I love sleeping but recently trying to sleep has become my worst enemy.
